Bill Deese
Bill was born on the tiny island of Aruba in the Caribbean and his family moved to Maitland, FL when he was 10 years old. He attended High School in Winter Park and graduated from Sanford Naval Academy.  Bill is a veteran of the United States Air Force who served during the Vietnam Era. He moved to Lake County, Florida in 1991 as General Manager of Belk Stores of Leesburg and retired after 25 years with Belk in 2000.

He was the Executive Director of the Leesburg Area Chamber of Commerce for six years, served as the Chairman of the Advisory Committee of the Leesburg Business & Technology Center and also served on the founding board of the Lake County Business Resource Center. Bill is a graduate of Leadership Lake County and is the Past President of the United Chambers of Lake County. He served as Membership Chair for the Performing Arts of Lake & Sumter and was formerly on the Board of Directors of the Leesburg Partnership. He was President of the Rotary Club of Leesburg and represented his club at the Rotary International Conference in Brisbane, Australia. He also served as Committee Chair for the Retail Division of the United Way of Lake and Sumter Counties and Campaign Chair for the March of Dimes.  Bill completed a four year program at the U.S. Chamber Institute of Organizational Management at the University of Georgia for his IOM Designation.

In his first year in real estate, see his website Lake County Florida Homes, he sold over $1 million.  He currently is serving his third year as a Director on the Board for the Realtors Association of Lake & Sumter Counties and has served as the past Chair for the Government Affairs Committee, RPAC and the Building Asset Committee. He is currently the Chair of the Audit Committee and serves on the Awards Committee. Bill was recently nominated to serve on the board of MyFloridaRegionalMLS and is currently serving a two year term.

His combined experience in Business Management and Real Estate sales, as well as being well connected to the Lake County Business Community makes Bill a great choice to represent anyone interested in the Commercial Market here in Lake & Sumter Counties.

Phil Kelley
Phil is a Mount Dora Realtor and Coldwell Banker Camelot's Internet Marketing and Technology specialist.  Growing up in Miami Florida, he met his wife Judy in high school, attended Miami Dade County Community College and the University of Miami. In 1966, he took a position with the Burroughs Corporation, a leading manufacturer of office equipment and an early developer of business computer systems.  While working for Burroughs, Phil was selected for specialized training in the maintenance and programming of accounting machines. This initial experience laid the groundwork for a long and successful career as a systems analyst and software engineer.

In 1970, he left the Burroughs Corporation to form Accounting Machines Inc.  His company, later renamed AMI Computer Services, developed numerous business software applications. AMI had multiple offices and major clients in the real estate, hospitality, government, wholesale distribution, retail and service businesses.  In 1996, he  relocated to Lake County to begin the task of dividing his company into separate divisions preparing them for sale.  After the sale of the last division in 2001, Phil joined his wife Judy at Coldwell Banker Camelot, who was already a successful Realtor.
