Lake County is a prime location for
industrial/warehouse space having multiple industrial parks
where you can choose from private, county and municipal
owned locations. Most all parks are located conveniently
near major transportation corridors. There is a variety of
space to choose from whether you are looking for large or
small spaces, from 900 sq. ft. to 360,000 sq. ft., so any
need can be accommodated. If you are looking to build there

For your convenience, the following is a list of industrial and commerce park locations throughout Lake County.
Christopher C. Ford Commerce Park
The Christopher C. Ford Commerce Park is strategically
located on U.S. Highway 27 at the crossroads of State Road
19 and the Florida Turnpike. The County purchased the land
for the industrial park in the 1980s following catastrophic
freezes, which virtually wiped out the citrus crops. The
intent of the County land purchase was to develop an
industrial park which would enable Lake County to diversify
the economy and create quality jobs. More than 700 acres
have been sold in the park. Companies such as Carroll Fulmer
Trucking, Maritec Industries, and Metals, USA have realized
the benefits of the strategic location of the Park.
South Pointe Commerce Park
Office and retail space is available at this commerce park,
which is located on the State Road 19 corridor. The park is
close to Waterman Hospital, several new developments and
less than one mile from the intersection of State Road 19
and U.S. Highway 441. Space is immediately available and
there is ample on-site parking.
Hunt Industrial Park
Hunt Industrial Park is positioned as one of Lake County's
largest commercial flexible-use locations. We recently
completed renovations to the main office and the 157,000
square foot complex becoming Lake County's first Incubator
Style Industrial Flex-Use location. We now offer additional
security beyond our card access gate system with a new 19
camera closed circuit TV system, positioned throughout the
complex. Our renovated office space allows us to provide a
fully equipped community conference room for use by all
tenants. Some of our other amenities include community
loading docks, three phase power, oversized bay doors and
FREE INTERNET ACCESS. With our zoning we can accommodate
industrial/manufacturing, commercial and retail businesses.
This industrial park is less than a mile west of downtown
Clermont and just three miles north of Highway 50 off 12th
Street (565A) or one mile north of Highway 50 off Max Hooks
Road.
Mount Dora Commerce Park
This commerce park is located near the intersection of U.S.
Highway 441 and State Road 46 at 1120 Camp Ave. Built in
2002, the park consists of 11,582 square feet of clear-span
office and warehouse space for sale. Water and sewer is
provided by the City and it is zoned M-1/Light Manufacturing
There is about 1,900 square feet of air-conditioned showroom
and office space with 12-foot high ceilings in the showroom.
There is 1,900 square feet of mezzanine that supports heavy
loads.
Clermont Commons
This Clermont-based business park is located on Mohawk Road,
just north of State Road 50. The builder will build to suit
from 1,000 to 60,000 square feet. Zoned M-1, all utilities
are installed including natural gas. All water retention in
common areas, which allows for 100 percent usage of each
lot.
Jim Rogers Industrial Park
Located on State Road 33 near Okahumpka, this industrial
park is zoned heavy industrial (HM). Current tenants include
the Ogden Martin garbage incinerator, Lester Coggins
Trucking and Diversified Electronics. These parcels are for
sale or lease and are within three miles of U.S. Highway 27
and the Florida Turnpike, and all utilities and natural gas
are available.
Leesburg Industrial Park
This industrial park, owned by the City of Leesburg is
located on State Road 44, west of downtown Leesburg and 10
miles from I-75. Price per acre is $20,000 to $35,000,
depending on location. Lot sizes range from 1 to 5.6 acres.
The park uses a common on-site retention system.
Oldham Industrial Park
The Oldham Industrial Park is located at 31548 Progress Road
in Leesburg. Three new 10,000-square-foot buildings, which
are zoned M1 (Heavy Industrial), have just been completed.
The industrial park is located off County Road 44, which is
about 8 miles from I-75, making for trucking route access to
I-75 and Florida’s Turnpike
Southridge Industrial Park
Located on County Road 561 at the intersection of County
Road 448, just south of Tavares, this industrial park
contains 21 lots, most ranging in size from three to six
acres. Most of the park has been annexed into the City of
Tavares. Zoning is for heavy industrial (M-1), manufacturing
or light industrial. Lots in this park are individually
owned. The parcel is for sale or lease and is within minutes
of all major highways and interstates, all utilities and
natural gas are available and it has rail access with the
Florida Central Railroad.
Timber Village Commerce Center
This commerce center, located at 3000 Woodfield Court, in
beautiful Groveland, FL. This commerce center consists of
Offices, Showroom, and Warehouse. It is conveniently located
just off of Highway 50 between fast growing Clermont and
Groveland. Building A is for lease and Building B is for
sale.
Commerce Park Investments Commerce Park Investments (CPI)

Independence Boulevard in Groveland. Langley Industrial Park
is 80 acres with available sites of five to 20 acres. It is
zoned M-1 (Heavy Industrial).
